Outdoors for Outcomes
Crosscare’s Outdoor Learning Team delivers a unique service across our 5 Youth Regions within Dublin City and County as well as Bray and North Wicklow.
Our team of five fulltime professional co-ordinators deliver an enormous range of fantastic Outdoor Learning activities and interventions, engaging young people in fun-filled and educational experiences that have a positive impact on their lives.
Our wide range of programmes include water-based activities such as; coasteering, kayaking, gorgewalking, rock climbing, bushcraft, camping and much more!
Engaging with young people from the ages of 10 to 25 this unique developmental approach focusses on working with young people to improve personal and social outcomes.
Our research, evidence based Outdoor Learning programmes have been developed to help young people grow in confidence and to expand creativity and emotional intelligence. Outdoor Learning supports positive relationship building, communications skills, resilience and problem-solving abilities.
Outdoor Learning is an invaluable outlet for engaging with young people in need. We work with them in building lasting, positive relationships to support them to flourish and reach their potential.
