How we can help
Our Drug and Alcohol Counselling service is for young people between the ages of 12 and 18 and also for adults. We offer free counselling and support to young people and adults who are struggling with drug or alcohol misuse.
We also help young people and adults who have been affected by drug or alcohol misuse by family members.
Through the Drug & Alcohol Programme, we will link you with one of our teams based in Balbriggan, Swords or Finglas, where you can work with a keyworker, counsellor, or both.
What issues do we help with
A counsellor supports you with anxiety, bereavement, childhood trauma, relationships, family dynamics, harm reduction, and self-esteem.
A key worker supports you with practical skills. These can include applications for education, apprenticeships, social skills, budgeting, life skills, harm reduction, and advocacy for residential treatment a person may need, such as detox and rehabilitation.
