Dear Volunteer,

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Crosscare. At this stage you should have filling in the 4 forms:

• A Volunteer Application Form.
• A Vetting Invitation Form (NVB1)
• Character Reference Forms x 2

And crosschecked these with the following form:

• Reference Document: 100 point Identifier Check
