Good news from our homeless services as we have been able to help 45 people move out of temporary accommodation and into their own homes in the past few months. Happily, we have also helped three families move out of the Family Hub in time for Christmas. Thirty-four families – 128 people, are still with us in the hub, and we continue to support them and work with them to find a home for themselves and their children.
So far in 2021, we have helped almost 100 individuals and families move on. The hard work continues to support others in our services.
As the pandemic and restrictions are still with us we are providing extra accommodation for people who are homeless and medically vulnerable in our specially adapted cocooning service.
