Crosscare has published its 2025 Annual Report, Hope & Resilience, reflecting a year when demand for our services remained high as individuals and families continued to face the impact of the housing crisis, rising living costs, and increasingly complex social needs.
Throughout 2025, our staff and volunteers worked alongside people experiencing homelessness, young people and care leavers, refugees and migrants, and individuals and families experiencing food poverty. The report captures not only the scale of this work, but the individual stories behind it – people rebuilding confidence, finding stability and moving forward with their lives.
Some of our 2025 highlights
More than 600 individuals and families experiencing homelessness received placements through our Homeless Services, while our teams supported over 112 individuals and 39 families to move into homes of their own.
Our Information and Advocacy Service impacted more than 14,000 people, providing vital assistance with housing and homelessness prevention, social welfare, migration and refugee issues.
Across our voluntary youth clubs, 2,400 young people participated in activities supported by 450 volunteers in 42 clubs, while our wider Youth Services continued to work with thousands of young people through targeted youth work, education, outreach, counselling and family support.
Alongside our frontline services, we continued to advocate for change, bringing the experiences of the people we support directly into discussions on homelessness, social inclusion, migration, youth services and national policy.
2025 was also the second year of our five-year strategy, Faith to Action 2024–2029, with continued progress across our four priorities: great results for service users, a person-centred culture, effective service delivery, and governance and sustainability.
Hope and resilience can be seen throughout this report – in the people who turn to Crosscare for support, in our staff and volunteers who work alongside them, and in the communities and supporters who make our work possible.
